SECTION 1.. That pursuant to the authority given by the Code of
I ,~
V Ordinances of the Village of Dublin) Ohio) and aft~r the appointment and
recommendation by the Mayor) Council of the Village of Dublin) Ohio) does

hereby ratify) confirm and appoint Gary Termeer as Marshall of the Village of
I
Dublin) Ohio) and does hereby provide for his compensation as Marshall.

SECTION 2" For compensation for performing the nominal duties as
I
Village Marshall the Marshall shall be paid the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50000)
per year and in addition thereto) when said Marshall is doing police work and
oth~r work as requested by the Village Mayor) the compensation of the Marshall
shall be at the rate of One Dollar Seventy~five Cents ($1.<5) per hour for
such time as he is on police duty and other duties as hereinbefore designated
in addition2to his nominal duties as Village Marshall.
, SECTION 30 Said VilLage Marshall shall keep a written record of his

till hours of employment and shall submit the same to the C1erkwTreasurer of the
Village of Dublin) Ohio) at weekly intervals.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and g~nera1 welfare
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio) for the reason that the foregoing will enable
the Village to have better police service and is appointing a Village Marshall
and that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
