ORDINANCE NO. 113-htJ VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.

Ordinance' increasing police staff of the Village of Dublin, Ohio.
I Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
I 6 members elected herein concurring:

SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority given by the Code of
(' Ordinances of the Village of.Dublin. Ohio, council of the Village of Dublin,

Ohio, does her~by provide and create positions for two (2) temporary and
part time policemen in addition to the two (2) regular full time policemen.

SEC'rION 2. That said two temporary policemen and part time police"
I men shall devote such timel to the duties as required by the position and
I
I under the direct supervision of the Mayor and the Marshall of the Village
I of Dublin, Ohio.
SEC'fiON 3. That any temporary or part time policemen so employed
shall furnish their own uniforms, badges, guns and other necessary equipment.
SECTION 4. The additional post of two part time and temporary
policemen are hereby created so that there will be enough policemen on duty
to give to the Village of Dublin, Ohio, proper police service at all times.
('t SECTION 5. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby declared
~ , to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general wel"
fare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will
enable the Village to have police service and that this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
