Ordinance permitting erection of school building$.
I Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, ~ c:
of the members elected herein concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Education of the Washington Local School

. District, Franklin County, Ohio, having previously been given permission and

I ~ , approval by. the Planning Commission to erect [ school buildingson the 18 acre
I
tract of ground in Dublin, Ohio, known as the Artz tract, bou~ded generally
by Route 161 on the south and Indian Run on the north and High School Road on
the west and an alley and Dublin Road on the east. That this council ratifies
I and confirms said permission and approval by the Planning Commission and that
I the Board of Education of Washington Local School District may erect as many
school buildings on said tract of ground from time to time as in their opinion
are required for the school needs of the community.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general welfare of
the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will enable
the Board of Education of Washington Local School District to erect school
(..... buildings on said above described tract of ground, and that this ordinance
