~ WHERBAS there is a need to increase the curb radius on both the North-
west and Southwest corners of S.R. 161 and C.R. 745(High street and
Bridge Street)
NOW, THEREFDRE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
S'bate of Ohio, (,;; of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Village Administrator be, and hereby is, authorized
and directed to advertise for bids, for two successive weeks, for the
improvement of the Northweo and Southwest corners of S.R. 161 and C.R.
745(High street and Bridge street) by inoreasin~ the existing ourb rad-
ius of both corners, including all labor, material. and equipment neo-
essary, in accordance with the plans and speoificatiorns prepared by the
Village Engineer and presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treas-
urer. All bids shall be sealed, and shall be filed with the Village Adm-
inistrator of the Village of Dublin before 12 :00 noon E.S.T. 7J 6" C I / (
1972, at which time said bids Shall be opened.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
safety for the reason that improvement of both isheJiorthwest and Southwe st
corners of S.R. 161 and C.R. 745(High street and Bridge Street) are pres-
-- ently needed to protect the safety of the residents of the Village, and
that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
its passage.
