AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LONEST AND BEST BID FOR A NEW POLICE
CRUISER: AUTHORIZING 'l'HE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE VILLAGE Ali.ID T:EE
r CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE A CONTRAC'l': AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
\..- WHERAS; pursuant to Ordinance 38-72 bids have been received for
the sale to the Village of a new Police Cruiser: and
~HEREAS; Council has. dete~ined that the bid of Ge? Byers- Sons, Jne.

NOVY, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, state of Ohio, -L of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid ofGe_Q. ByeX"S Sons. Inojor the sale to the

Village of a new Police Cruiser in accordance with the specifications
presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, be, and here-
by is, accepted.
SECTION Z. That tbe Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be,
and they hereby are. authorized and directed to execute a contract in

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public safety for the reason that a contract for a new Police
Cruiser is presently needed, and that this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force inmediately upon its passage.
