ORDINANCE NO. G I 0 -.s1 tV VILLAGE OF DUBLIN ~ OHIO.
Ordinance merging and combining the office of Village Clerk and
Village Treasurer.
n Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
<.J three-fourths of the members elected thereto, herein concurring:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority given by Revised Code
I
Section 733.26.1 that the offices of Village Clerk of the Village of Dublin,
and Village Treasurer of the Village of Dublin, be combined and merged "
effective on the 1st day of January, 1960. That the Clerk-Treasurer shall
perform the duties provided by law for the Clerk and Treasurer and that all
laws pertaining to the Clerk and to the Treasurer shall apply to the C1erk-
Treasurer position.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is declar-
ed to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation for
the public health, safety and general welfare, for the reason that the
foregoing merger and combining will benefit the Village of Dublin, and the
0 inhabitants thereof, and will enable the Village to have more efficient
government; and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediate-
ly upon its passage.
