Ordinance appointing ~L~~ as Village Marshall.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
F (s) of the members elected herein concurring:

V SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority given by the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, Honorable Ralph W. Jones has
appointed ~ d4A-~ as Marshall of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
with the advice and consent of this Council.
SECTION 2. This Council hereby ratifies the appointment of
Cvvt .d~ as Village Marshall and consents to said appoin~
ment and henceforth said ~d~ shall be Marshall of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio, for t he time prescribed by law and as compensation
shall receive the sum of $50.00 per year.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general wel-
fare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing
Q will enable the Village to have a Village Marshall and to have police servic
and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
