Ordinance accepting the bid of ~ )y,...&;:., ~ t. furnish a police cruiser to the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and to accept as a trade in the present cruiser and declaring an emergency. r, Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all ~ members present therein concurring: SECTION L. That the bid submitted by ~ JnMNv ~ I on May .3~ , 1958, for furnishing a police cruiser to the Village of Dublin, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications contained in the duly advertised legal notice be, and is hereby accepted and also accepted is the bid of said company for the purchase of the present police cruiser, and is the lowest and best bid being received therefor, being determined by subtracting from the selling price of the vehicle to be purchased the purchase price offered to s aid Village of Dublin, Ohio, f or the trade in. SECTION 2. That the Clerk of said Village be, and is hereby authorized and directed to pay to ~~~ the sum ~ of $ cJ.1 'I~. L~ upon delivery of said police cruiser and receive title thereto. ,~.
