ORDINANCE NO. OJ~-J1 6F THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN" OHIO.
Ordinance fixing payroll dates for payment of wages due to deputy
marshall and policeman.
, Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all

\ five members presen~ therein concurring:
SECTION 1. That the deputy marshall and the policeman employed
by the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall be paid their. salaries and wages on

a semi-monthly basis and that said wages shall be due and payable on the 15th
day of each month and on the last day of each month.
SECTION 2. That the village Mayor shall submit to the Clerk of
the Village of Dublin, Ohio, on the 15th day of each month and on the last
day of each month a written record of the hours of employment of each of the
two individuals and shall have on said written record the approval of said
village Mayor verifying the number of hours of employment.
SECTION 3. That the Clerk of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, is hereby
~ ..... directed, instructed and authorized to pay to the deputy marshall and the
I. policeman the wages due them in accordance with the payroll report as approved

by the village Mayor. The rate of pay per hour to be the current rate in
force by any ordinance or ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. Said
clerk shall then report to council at the next regular council meeting the
number of hours approved by the village Mayor for the deputy marshall and
the policeman and the amount of money paid to each. Said Clerk shall be en-
titled to rely solely upon the reports of the record of employment as submitt-
ed by the village Mayor.
SEC'rrON 4. That this ordinance be, and the same is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general welfare
of the Village of~ublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will enable
the village to have~police service and that this ordinance shall take effect
... and be in force immediately upon its passage.
