04-58B Ordinance ORDINA1'JCE NO. D t.f~J~(A---) OF THE VILIAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO. Ordinance determining rights of Deputy Kfarshall and Policeman for vacations. Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, " , all six members elected herein concurring; " \..J SECTION 1.. That the deputy marshall and any policeman employed by the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall, after having been continuously em- ployed by said village for a period of eight months be entitled to two weeks vacation with pay on the follovdng basis. Harold Rose shall be entitled to two weeks vacation at the current rate of pay based on 124 hours of work as an average for the number of hours employed in a two week period. That Howard L~rons be given,aclvacation on the same basis on an average of eighty- four hours, that being his average number of working hours for a two week period. SEGl'ION 2. That said village deputy marshall and said police- man shall be assigned the times for which they will have to take their vaca- ,- tion by the MaJUI' of the village of Dublin. , . SEDTION 3.
