DUBLlli, OHIO.
Ordinance giving final appointment to Howard Lyons as Policeman.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all
\,1 six of the members elected herein concurring:
S~TION 1. That the Mayor of the Village of Dublin at the end
of the probationary period of appointment of Howard Lyons as Policeman
reported to Council that the employee's service was satisfactory and recom-
mended to Council his permanent employment and that the Mayor desired to
finally appoint Howard Lyons as Policeman.
SECTION 2. That the Council unanimously concurs with the Mayor
that said employee be finally appointed and that said employee is, by this
ordinance, finally appointed as Policeman.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same is hereby declare
to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general wel-
fare of the Villag~~of.Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will

1 enable the village to have police service and that this ordinance shall take
. effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
