ORDINANCE NO. o tf~rf OF THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN, OHIO.
Ordinance giving final appointment to Harold Rose as Deputy Marshall
Be it ordained byt he Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, all
six of the members elected herein concurring:

I SECTION 4 That the Mayor of the Village of Dublin at the end

of the probationary period of appointment of Harold Rose as Deputy Marshall
reported to Council that the employee's service was satisfactory and recom-
mended to Council his permanent employment and that the Mayor desired to
finally appoint Harold Rose as Deputy Marshall.
SECTION 2. That the Council unanimously concurs with the Mayor
that said employee be finally appointed and that said employee is, by this
ordinance, finally appointed as Deputy Marshall.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general wel-
fare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will
I enable the village to have police service and that this ordinance shall take

r; effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
