PROPOSAL TO CONSTRUCT PRIVACY FENCE

Ike are seeking approval to construct a "louver" privacy
fence along the northern boundary of our property, commonly
known as 60 Franklin Street, Dublin, Ohio, from the
northeast corner of the ranch style dwelling seventy-five
(75) feet eastward toward Darby Alley. The fence is to be
constructed of wood, the vertical slats being six and one-
half feet in height and six inches in width and in accordance
with the standards set forth in section 1309.03 (b)(2) and
section 1309.04- (c) of the Building Code.
The purpose of such fence is to provide a visual
separation from the adjacent property to the north (56
Franklin Street).
Although our property is within the "Historical District"
of the city, the dwelling itself, being approximately 30 years
old, would not have great historical significance as would those
constructed in Dublin`s formative years.
