ORDINANCE NO. 0/0-.5'7 e;;[ VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO .
Ordinance appointing Harold Rose as Deputy Marshall.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, three-
I .., fourths of the members elected herein concurring:

\ II'" SECTION I. That pursuant to the authority given by the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, does hereby provide and create the position of Deputy Marshallo
SECTION 2. Said Deputy Marshall shall devote his full time to
the duties required by said position and shall be, in addition, subject to
call at all times.
SECTION 30 Said Deputy Marshall shall be compensated at the
rate of $1.75 per hour for such time as he has been on duty as hereinbefore
designated.
S:&;TION 4. Said Deputy Marshall shall furnish his own uniform,
badge, gun and other necessary police equipmento
-. SECTION 5. Said Deputy Marshall shall keep a written record
... of his hours of employment and shall submit the same to the Clerk of the
Village of Dublin, Ohio at weekly intervals.
SECTION 6. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general
welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will
enable the Village to have police service and that this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
