Ordinance increasing compensation of Marshall.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, three-

... r SEx::TION 1. That pursuant to the authority given by the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, Council of the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, does hereby provide for increased compensation for Jack William Frambes
as Village Marshallo
SEJ'fION 20 That said Village Marshall having been given increase
duties in police work and having been asked to devote more time to said work,
sucll time and duties as may be requested by Village Mayor, the compensation
of said Village Marshall shall be at the rate of $1.75 per hour for such
time as he has been on police duty as hereinbefore designated. This com-
) pensation is in addition to his existing compensation of $50.00 per year
1 for the nominal duties as Village Marshall.
SEmION 3. Said Village M:arshall shall keep a written record

., of his hours of employment and shall submit the same to the Clerk of the

Village of Dublin, Ohio, at weekly intervals.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general
welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing will
enable the Village 'to have police service and that this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
