Ordinance ratifying the purchase of Radio Equipment, Police
... Equipment and Police Supplies.

l . Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
two-thirds of the members elected herein concurring:

SECTION I. That the purchase of the Radio Equipment, Police
Equipment and Police Supplies by this Council from Franklin County Patrol
as of the date of September 16, 1957 is hereby ratified and confirmed as to
said purchase of said Radio Equipment, Police Equipment and Police Supplies
at a consideration p~ice of Seven Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($725.00).
S~TION 2. That t his ordinance be and the same is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and gener-
al welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for the reason that the foregoing
will enable the Village to have police service and that this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediate~ upon its passage.
