As we discussed, I have enclosed a plot plan of our lot (#62), showing a sketch of the proposed fence. As planned, the fence would extend approximately feet into the back yard, and would be no wider than the sides of_ our house. The fence would be split-rail style, with three rails and rough ~~ cedar would be used for both rails and posts. The fence would „ be inches in height and one gate would be positioned near 9•-a3 ~; ~a the southwest corner of the house.. Please contact me if you need any further information. As you recommended, I contacted the developer, Bill Mitchell, concerning fencing guidelines. He has requested that I send him a plot plan with information concerning the proposed fence, and forward a copy to you. Enclosed you will find a copy of the information that I sent to Bill P'.itchell. N~~-laid he will follow up with you the next time he is in Dublin.
