ORDINANCE NO. O/O-S7dj VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
Ordinance ratifying the purchase of police cruiser.
~ .... Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; two-
, , thirds of the members elected herein concurring:
SlWTION 1. That the purchase of the 1956 Chevrolet Police
Cruiser by this Council from Franklin County Patrol as of the date of
September 16, 1957, is hereby ratified and confired as to said purchase of
said cruiser at a consideration price of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900000)0
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be and the same is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and general
welfare of the Village of Dublin, Ohio for the reason that the foregoing will
enable the Village to have police service and that this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
