AN ORDINANCE ESTABL T.SHING A SPECIAL FUND KNOVrN AS TEE FEDERAL
GENERAL REVENUE SPARING TRUST MID .
r WHEREAS, The Congress has enacted the State and Local r'i5cal Assistanoe
[,
\- Act of 1972 providing a system of general revenue sharing with states
and units of local government, and
WllliREAS, Section 123 (a) (1) of the federal act requires each unit of
100al government to establish a trust fund to receive federal revenue
s.haring, and
WHEREAS, the Bureau of Inspeotion and Supervision of Public Offices
has approved the establidl.lllent of a ".Fedoral 3eneral Revenue Sharing
Trust Fu.nd" in each mu.""lieipal oorporation recehring assistanoe under
the federa,l aot, as required by seotion 5705.12, of the Ohio Revised
Code;
1'1 aN , THEREFORE, BE IT ormAINED By tne Counoil of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, -L of the eL3cted rnetlbers concurring:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the
"Feder!:d General Revenue Sharing Trust F\.L.">).d" under the provisions of sec-
tion 5705.12 of the Ohio Revised Code.
SECTION 2. All monies paid to the Village under the state and Local Fisoal
Assistance Act of 1972 shall be credited to said fund and expended in aco-
ordanoe with the te!'1:ts and provisiJns of said federal aot.

SECTION 3. This Ordinanoe is hereby declared to be an emergenoy measure
