...... WHr~REAS, THE S.R. 33 AND FRANTZ ROAD SIGNAL ~JND HAS IN-SUFFICIENT
FUNDS TO MEET THE OBLIGATIONS .t'AID FROM SAID FUND:
N()1f[, THEREFOR, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
state of Ohio, (;, of the tllected members concurring;
SECTION 1. That the transfer of '$ '2.f32.Jbe made from un-appropriated
funds from the General Fund to the S.R. 33 and Frantz Road sinal Fund to
meet the obligations of the S ,R. 33 and Frantz Road Traffic Signal FUnd.
SECTION 2. That thjs ordinance shall take effect, and be in force, from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
