AN ORDINANCE AC CEPTING TEE LO'NEST MJ'D BEST BID FDR A NEVi DUMP TRUCK:
AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR MID CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE
CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

t ~mEREAS, pursuant to ordinance 36-'72 bid~ have been received for the
-- gale to the Village of a new dump truck; and
'vVHEREAS, Counc-il has determined that the bid of Geo. Byers Sons ,Inc.
in the amount of $ 7,482.00 is the lowest and best bid,
NUN ,Tm~REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counc'il of the Village of Dublin,
state of Ohio, ~ of' the elected members concurring;
SECTION 1. That the bid of Geo. Byers Sons,Inc. for the sale to the
Village of a new dump truck in accordance with the specifications
presently on file in the office of tlw Clerk-Treasurer be. amd hereby
is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the' Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute EA., contract in
the name of the Village with the said Geo. Byers Sons,Inc. for the pur-
~hase by the Village of a new dump truck in accordance with the spec-

in aocordance with the said bid of Geo. Byers Sons,Inc.
SEC'l'ION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, deolared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public safety for the reason that a contract for a new dump truck is
pre sent ly needed, and that thi s ord inance shall take effect and be in
force immediatelJr upon its passage.
