ORDINANCE NO. ~?--72- , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO

AN ORDINANCE A PPROVING THE FINA L PLA T
OF THE DUBLIN INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the final plat of the Dublin Industrial Park has been
submitted to Council, and
WHEREAS, Council has examined Same and determined that it
complies with the ordinances of the Village, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has signed the certificate required
by Section 6 (p) of Article II of Ordinance No. 12-67, Subdivision Regula-
tions, and
WHEREAS, the owner has agreed in writing to do and perform those
things required by Section 7 (c) of said Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREA S, the owner has furnished a bond payable to the Village
with sureties, and in an amount acceptable to Council in accordance with
Section 7 (d) of said Subdivision Regulations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~. of the members
elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1. That the final plat of the Dublin Industrial Park be,
and it hereby is, approved.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
