ORDINANCE No.3!i -7:<' ,VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID
FOR A NEW SNOW PLOW; AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATOR AND THE CLERK-TREASURER TO
EXECUTE CONTRACT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 3 f - 12. . bids have been
received for the sale to the Village of a new snow plow; and

WHEREAS. Council has determined that the bid of King Equipment Co. iri
the amount of $3. 627.00 is the lowest and best bid.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio. c:u2<.2 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of King Equipment Co. for the sale to the
Village of a new snow plow in accordance with the specifications presently on
file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be. and it hereby is. accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer
be, and they hereby are. authorized and directed to execute a contract in the
name of the Village with the said King Equipment Co. for the purchase by the
Village of a new snow plow in accordance with the specifications presently on
file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. and in accordance with the said bid
of King Equipment Co.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be. and the Same hereby is. declared I
to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public safety for the reaSon that a contract for a new snow plow is presently

needed to insure the availability of such new snow plow for the upcoming wintet
i
season; and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
