ORDINANCE EMPLOYING SHERMAN SHELDON AS
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR; AND DECLARING AN I

WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, Ohio, has established the position I
I

of Village Administrator; and I

WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Sherman Sheldon as Village I
I
A dministrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that Sherman Sheldon is a Suitablel
I
person for such position: !
I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village ofl
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: !
"

SECTION 1. That Sherman Sheldon be, and he hereby is, employed I
as Village Administrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and is to commence I
his employment on the 1st day of September , 1972. I

SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, i
I
l declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate I
preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that a I
I
I ~
Village Administrator is presently needed to protect the peace, health and I
I safety of the residents of the Village; and that this ordinance shall take effect!
I

I
and be in force immediately upon its passage. I
