ORDINANCE NO. 2 7- 7 7--- , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, omo
ORDINA NCE CONFIRMING A PPOINTMENT OF
VILLAGE FIRE PREVENTION OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advise and consent of Council, has
appointed Gary Termeer as Village Fire Prevention Officer to serve until
his resignation or removal; and
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that said Gary Termeer is a
suitable person for such office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the appointment by the Mayor of Gary Termeer
as Village Fire Prevention Officer to serve until his resignation or removal,
be and it hereby is confirmed.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
