r An Ordinance to Prevent Dogs and, Other
Animals from Running at'Large Within the
Village of Dublin, Ohioo

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
three-fourths of the members elected thereto herein concurring:
SECTION 10 That it shall be and is hereby'declared to .
be unlawful for anyone who owns or harbors any dog, bitch, horse.
cow~ sheep, goat, hog, fowl or other domestic animal to allow such
animal to be at large upon any of the streets, alleys or public
ways of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, or upon any lots or lands
in said Village not the property of, or under the control of the
owner or harborer of such animalo ,
SECT ION 20 That anyone who owns or harbors any animal
such as is mentioned in Section 1 of this Ordinance, and who allow!
C- any such animal to be at large upon any of the streets, alleys,
public way s, lots or lands as heretofore msntioned in Section 1 or "';
thi s Ord inane e ~ shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon

conviction thereof, shall be fined, for the first offense not less
than ONR DOLLAR nor more than TEN DOLLARS, and for a subsequent
offense not less than FIVE DOLLARS nor more than FIFTY DOLLARS.
SECT ION :3 0 That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
inconsistent herewith be and the same hereby are repealedo
SECTION 40 That this Ordinance shall take effect from and
after the earliest period allowed by l~wo
