January 10, 1972, and having in open hearing heard all of the persons
desiring to be heard for or against th e granting of said petition, and
having considered all the facts with reference thereto, and being fully
advised,
I FIND, that said petition contains all of the matters required by law;
I", ,that the terri tory sought to be annexed is adjacent and conti guous to the
I said Village of Dublin, Ohio, that the petition contains a full and com-
I p1ete description of said territory sought to be annexed; that the map for
I said territory is accurate; that the petition for said territory is signed
by a majority of the owners of real estate within the territory sought to
be annexed; that the required legal notice has been published; that the
territory to be annexed is not unreasonably large; and that the general
good of the territory sought to be annexed will be served if this annexation
is granted, all in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code

is set for hearing before the County Commissioners of Franklin
County, Ohio, on March 15, 1972 at 10 o'clock a. m. , that at
the time of the filing of said petition and at the time 'iaid

Dear Sir:
Enclosed please find a copy of the resolution adooted by the Board of County
Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio, on January 11 1972 relative to the
annexation of te~ritory described in the petition fil~d by you, as agent, to
the Village of Dublin, Ohio which resolution sets forth the time and place
for hearing on the petition.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 709,03 of the Ohio Revised Code,
it is necessalAY that you c~use a notice containinq the substance of the petition
and the time and place wher'e it will be heard to be published once a v/eek for a
period of four consecutive vJet~ks, prior to the hearin~, in a ne\l/spaper printed
and of general circulation in the county.
A copy of said notice is to be delivered to the clerk of each township, any port-
ion of which is included within the territory sought to be annexed, and to the
clerk of the legislative authority of the municipal corporation to \llhich annexation
is proposed,
The agent for the petitioners shall cause written notice of the filing of the
petition with the Board of County Commissioners and the date of such filing to
be delivered to the clerk of the leqislative authority of the municipal corporat-
ion to which annexation is proposed and to the clerk to each townshiD any portion
of which is included within the territory sought to be annexed, (Furnish proof
in dupl icate).
.4t the time of the hearing, the Board should be furnished a proof of publication,
together with proofs of notification of township clerk and the clerk of the leqis-
lat;ve authority of the municipal corporation to which annexation is proposed.

" The undersigned, petitioners in the premises, and being a MAJORITY OF OWNERS
OF REAL ESTATE in the territory herein~fter described, consisting of 221.949 acres,
more or less, in the Township of Wash~ngton ,which are is' cont,iguous and adjacent
to the City of Dublin , do hereby pray that said territory be annexed to the
