ORDINi\NCE KO. J1: 1V:~ILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
ORDINANCE CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF
RESERVE POLICEMAN AND DECLARING EMERGENCY
\VHEHEAS, the Mayor, has appointed Richard M. Hayes
as Reserve Policeman of the Village of Dublin; and
vVHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said person is suitable

for such appointment;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by council of the Village of
/"
Dublin, State of Ohio, S of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1.
That the appointment by the Mayor of Richard M. Hayes
as a Reserve Policeman of the Village be, and it hereby is, confirmed.
SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an en1.ergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety for the reason that said person's services
as a Reserve Policeman are presently needed to protect the peace, health
\.. and safety of the residents of the Village of Dublin, and that this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
