ORDINANCE NO. --11...=-7VVILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
ORDINr'\NCE CONFTHMTNG APPOINTMENT OF
RESERVE POLICElVIAN AND DECLARING EMERGENCY
WHEREA S, the Mayor, has appointed Leonard F. Kirby
as Reserve Policelnan of the Village of Dublin; and
\VHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said person is suitable
for such appointment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by council of the Village of

Dublin, State of Ohio, b of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1.
That the appointment by the Mayor of Leonard F. Kirby
as a Reserve Policeman of the Village be, and it hereby is, confirmed.
SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety for the reason that said person's services
as a Reserve Policeman are presently needed to protect the peace, health
and safety of the residents of the Village of Dublin, and that this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
