A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Steve Stidhem is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Ken Frazer on
the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, such term expiring on March 31,
2011.
Section 2. Kelli Lynn is hereby reappointed to a three - yearterm as City representative
to the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau Board, such term expiring on March
31. 2013.
Section 3. Nicholas Rozanski is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the
Personnel Board of Review, such term expiring on March 31, 2013.
Section 4. Each of the above -named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 5. The members appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 6. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
