A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE
CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed their assessment of the available positions on
boards and commissions for terms beginning April 1, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, _q__ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Warren Fishman is hereby reappointed to a four -year term on the
Planning and Zoning Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2014 and Amy
Kramb is hereby appointed to a four -year term on the Planning and Zoning
Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 2. Tom Currie is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the
Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on March 31, 2013; and William
Souders is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the Architectural Review
Board, such term expiring on March 31, 2013.
Section 3. Patrick Todoran is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the Board
of Zoning Appeals, such term expiring on March 31, 2013 and Kathy Ferguson is
appointed to a three -year term on the Board of Zoning Appeals, such term expiring on
March 31. 2013.
Section 4. Ned McCoy is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2013 and Mel
Ehrlich is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2013
Section 5. Derek Graham is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the
Community Services Advisory Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2013.
Section 6. Chris Kelley is hereby reappointed to a three -year term as City
representative to the Dublin Foundation, such term expiring on March 31, 2013.
Section 7. Naomi Hoyt is hereby reappointed to a two -year term as City
representative to the Dublin Arts Council, such term expiring on March 31, 2012.
Section 8. Each of the above -named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 9. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed
herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 10. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
