A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process of candidates for a vacancy
on the Planning & Zoning Commission and candidates for a City representative to the
Leadership Dublin Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. John Hardt is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Flite Freimann
on the Planning & Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2013.
Section 2. David Cecutti is hereby appointed to a three-year term as City
representative to the Board of Leadership Dublin, a term which begins immediately
upon appointment and expires on March 31, 2012.
Section 3. Each of the above-named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 4. The member of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed
shall receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members
appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 5. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
