AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY
DEED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM
THE BORROR CORPORATION BY
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the Deed for right-of-way purposes of 0.297 acre
which has been registered with the County of Franklin, State of Ohio
on the 18th of March, 1987, and which is attached hereto, marked
"Exhibit A", (from The Borror Corporation) and made a part hereof, be
and the same is hereby approved and accepted by the Village of Dublin,
Ohio.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.

PROPOSED TUTTLE ROAD ROAD~~'AY
Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of
Dublin being in Virginia Military Survey No. 2419 and being a
part of the 5.261 acre tract conveyed to The Borror Corporation
by deed of record in OR8792B1_8, records of the Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning for references at the point of intersection of the
centerline of Frantz Road (100 feet in width) with the centerline
of Tuttle Road (60 feet in width) as shown and delineated upon
the Record Plat of 7'DEDICATION OF TtiTTLE ROAD, FRANTZ ROAD AND
EASEMENTS" of record in Plat Book 61, Page 73;
Thence S 78° 46' 13" W, a distance of 85.00 feet, along the
centerline of Tuttle Road to a point;
Thence N 11° 13' 47" W, a distance of 30.00 feet, to a point
in the northerly right-of-way line of Tuttle Road said point
being the point of true beginning for the herein described tract;
Thence S 78° 46' 13" W, a distance of 288.20 feet, along the
northerly right-of-way line of Tuttle Road to a point in the
common line to said 5.261 acre tract and the 7.208 acre tract
conveyed to The Borror Corporatioli by deed of record in
O.R.8984D04;
Thence N 12° 07' 10" W, a distance of 40.00 feet, along the
common line to said 5.261 acre and 7.208 acre tracts to a point;
Thence N 78° 46' 13" E, and parallel with the centerline of
Tuttle Road, a distance of 288.82 feet, across said 5.261 acre
tract to a point of curvature;
Thence along a c~~rve to the left having a radius of 35.00
feet a central angle of 90° 00' 00" the chord to which bears
N 33° 46' 13" E, a chord distance of 49.50 feet to a point in the
westerly right-of-way line of Frantz Road;
Thence the following two (2) courses and distances along the
westerly right-of-way line of Frantz Road;
1. Thence S 11° 13' 47" E, a distance of 40.00 feet, to a
point of curvature;
2. T~lence along a curve to the right having a radius of
35.00 feet a central angle of 90° 00' 00" the chord to
which bears S 33° 46' 13" W, a chord distance of 49.50
feet, to the point of true beginning containing 0.297
acres, more or less, and being subject to all
easements, restrictions and right-of-way of record.
