A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
- i REGULATION OF TRAFFIC ON
MUIRFIELD DRIVE AND OTHER
ROADS IN MUIRFIELD DURING
THE ANNUAL MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT.

WHEREAS, the Annual Memorial Tournament is scheduled at the Muirfield
Village Golf Club from May 25, 1987 through May 31, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Dublin Village Council that such
traffic would be better controlled, thereby assuring the health,
safety and welfare of Village residents, by regulating traffic on
Muirfield Drive and other roads in Muirfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. Muirfield Drive and all other roads in Muirfield are to
be closed to all traffic except as authorized by the Village Manager
and Chief of Police of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, during the hours
of 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from Monday, May 25, 1987, through Sunday,
May 31, 1987.
Section 2. In the further interest of the public health, safety and
welfare there shall be no parking by Tournament attendees and others
associated with the Tournament on non-collector streets and
cul-de-sacs in Muirfield.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
