A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO AN
UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE COMMUNITY SERVICES
ADVISORY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Community Services Advisory Commission
exists and Council desires to appoint a candidate to fill this unexpired term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~~ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. GZj' l I~-er ! -e ~ is hereby appointed to the unexpired
term of Eric Snyder on the Community Services Advisory Commission, a term
which expires on March 31, 2011.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
