A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OFTHE
CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for board and commission candidates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio,
__,~ _ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Chris Amorose Groomes is hereby reappointed to a four-year term on the
Planning & Zoning Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2013; and Flite Freimann
is hereby reappointed to four-year term on the Planning & Zoning Commission, a term which
expires on March 31, 2013.
Section 2. Carl Karrer is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Architectural Review
Board as Dublin Historical Society representative, aterm which expires on March 31, 2012; and
Robert Schisler is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Architectural Review Board as
an Historic District merchant representative, aterm which expires on March 31, 2012.
Section 3. Victoria Newell is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Board of
Zoning Appeals, a term which expires on March 31, 2012; Brett Page is hereby appointed to a
three-year term on the Board of Zoning Appeals, a term which expires on March 31, 2012; and
Patrick Todoran is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Keith Blosser on the Board of
Zoning Appeals, a term which expires on March 31, 2010.
Section 4. Christine Gawronski is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the
Community Services Advisory Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2012; Dona
Givens is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Community Services Advisory
Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2012; and Kevin Cooper is hereby appointed to
a three-year term on the Community Services Advisory Commission, a term which expires on
March 31, 2012.
Section 5. Susan Burnes is hereby appointed to athree-year term as City representative to
the Dublin Convention & Visitors Bureau Board, a term which expires on March 31, 2012.
Section 6. Jamie Boff is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Parks 8~
Recreation Advisory Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2012; and David
Cecutti is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the Parks & Recreation Advisory
Commission, a term which expires on March 31, 2012.
Section 7. DeWayne Howard is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, a term which expires on March 31, 2012.

Section 8. Each of the above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 9. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall receive
compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed herein shall serve
without compensation.
Section 10. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(x) of the
Revised Charter.
