A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER
TO THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
BOARD OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for an appointment to
a vacancy on the Architectural Review Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed
or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. ~P~ ~~S ~ ~ra~~ ~~, is hereby appointed to the
unexpired term of Clay Bryan as Historic Dist~ct resident representative to the
Architectural Review Board, a term which begins immediately upon appointment
and expires on March 31, 2011.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
