Note: It is usually best to begin in OMXXT • a corner, and work your way around the entire perimeter. • Take a vertical measurement for height, and a horizontal measurement for width if necessary. o Typically subtracting around WNW 1/4" making the installation of w 60 mpanels a little easier. • Transfer measurements onto panel to be installed into that space. o Vertical measurements should be large enough to overlap top L- channel by at least -3,4". • Cut panel to desired height and width dimensions. o For specific instructions on cutting panels, please refer to: "CUTTING PANELS" section of this manual. Once the panel is cut to the proper dimensions simply stand it up and move into place, make sure that the backside of the panel is pressed firmly against L-Channel at top and bottom. Using 3-h" to 4" drywall screws and 1/4" flat washers, attach panel to L-channel (shown above in illustration) make sure the panel is plumb side to side, and front and back. o Your front and back plumb reading will be good providing the L-Channel was installed properly in the first phase of your installation. Repeat process for subsequent panels. o Once the first panel is installed, pushing subsequent panels flush to the side of previous panel should insure that it is plumb. 2 ,-3ascjilCnt rroaucts: Arclutecurally Engineered Basement Finishing Products Page 1 of 2 , AQVANCED flo?
