I tried to call this am. The footprint of the house is 2,348 sf. The owner tells me the house is 3465 sf.
The driveway to right of way is 1,052 sf.
Pool area is 648 sf. Concrete surface around pool 740 sf.
Lot size is 165' x 115' = 18,975 sf.

If you can provide the square footage of the livable space of the house; and calculate the overall lot coverage of
all impervious surface within 48 hours, I will hold the completion of the permit pending that information.
However, future submittals must have complete site plans to begin the review. Site plans must have property
lines distances, easements and dimensions, distances between house and pool dimensioned, street names,
right-of-way dimensions, overall pool dimensions, decking or pavement dimensions, and fence location

The Top Pull model is the
ideal latch for swimming pool
gates. The latch release knob is
designed to sit above the fence out
oF reach of small children and is
key-lockable for added securiry.
With the addition of optional
fitting brackets and adaptors with
each latch (see far left), the
popular Top Puil model can now
be fitted to all gates and fences,
regardless of shape or size.
The Vertical Pull• is a shorter
version of the Top Pull. It canies
all the same features and is suited
to most gate applications. It is also
key-lockable.
The small Side Pull• latch
offers a less-obvious alternative to
the lockable models and can be
used on most household gates.
' When installed on swimming pool
gates, both the Vertical Pull and Side Pull
models must be used in conjunction with
appropriate gate latch shields, or
according to local laws and regulations,
to guard against entry by toddlers.
