The construction documents are sealed by Tony R. Schorr, Ohio registered architect 8879 to comply with the
requirements of the OBC Section 106.3.4.1 and have been reviewed, therefore, in accord with OBC Section
105.3.1.3
OBC 1063.1 Approval of construction documents. When the construction documents have been deternuned to
conform to the applicable provisions of the rules of the Board in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section
105.3.1, the building official shall endorse or stamp such plans as approved. One set of construction documents shall
be kept by the building official. The other set(s) shall be retumed to the applicant, kept at the work site and shall be
open for inspection by the building official or the building official's designated representative.
This APPROVAL does not preclude the acquisition of separate permits for plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler or
electric. Permits and fees for these items must be obtained from the Building Division prior to the start of any work
in these areas.
TO REQUEST AN APPEAL HEARING, YOU MUST sent a written request, listing the items to be appealed and the

As per your request, this memo confirnis the understanding that the use of the Coffman Stables
by Recreation Services staff will be for basic programming. Staff understands that this space is
not conditioned and is limited in its functionality.
In general, the programming to be offered in this space will be limited to those that only require
limited resources. Typical programs will include stone carving, silver smithing, nature activities
and other programs that require a more "rustic" environment. The use of this space will not be
used during extreme weather conditions or for programs requiring a conditioned environment.

We have reviewed the Drawing Information for the referenced project dated 9/24/07, submitted to the Division of Building
Standards on September 24, 2007, for matters of concern to the Washington Township Fire Department regarding rules
relating to fire prevention and the Dublin Fire Code(DFC) based npon the 2000 International Fire Code.
We are able to recommend a phased approval of the plans and note the following:
DFC D103.6 Signs. Where required by the code official, fire apparatus access roads shall be marked by the property
Owner with permanent NO PARKING - FIRE LANE signs complying with Figure D 103.6.
All such signs shall be conspicuously located and either attached to the exterior of the structure on the premises or
attached to a pole not to exceed seven feet in height.
Such signs shall have a minimwn dimension of 12 inches wide by 18 inches high and have red letters on a white
reflective background with "Ordinance N0. 37-80," inscribed. Signs shall be posted on one or both sides of the fire
apparatus road as required by Section D103.6.1 or 103.6.2.

requirements of the OBC Section 106.3.4.1 and have been reviewed, therefore, in accord with OBC Section
1053.1.3
OBC 106.3.1 Approval of construction documents. When the construcrion documents have been determined to
conform to the applicable provisions of the rules of the Board in accordance with the procedures set forth in Secrion
105.3.1, the building official shall endorse or stamp such plans as approved. One set of construction documents shall
be kept by the building official. The other set(s) shall be returned to the applicant, kept at the work site and shall be
open for inspection by the building official or the building official's designated representative.
This APPROVAL does not preclude the acquisition of separate permits for plumbing, mechanical, sprinkler or
electric. Pernuts and fees for these items must be obtained from the Building Division prior to the start of any work
in these areas.
