Dear Mr. Parish:
The City of Dublin's Review Services Team has completed review of materials
resubmitted August 7, 2006, for your application for a Commercial Building Permit.
At this time, the overall review status is disapproved and the building permit is
denied. The outcome of each review is as follows:
Ohio Building Code - approval (see attached review letter)
Dublin Fire Code - favorable, with comments (see attached review letter)
Zoning & Landscape Requirements - disapproved (mylars not yet signed)
Site Engineering Standards - disapproved (mylars not yet able to be signed)
Note the Building Plan Review Letter is not a Building Permit. We will hold
submitted materials in the Review Services Team Room for the time being. Our
Engineering plan reviewer (Kristin Yorko, P.E.) has had discussions with the
project's civil engineer and both agree stormwater management aspects of the project
are not yet compliant with applicable design criteria and standards.
The project's civil engineer will continue to work on outstanding stormwater
management concerns. We will work with you to reactivate the review and permit
process once revised plans and calculations are ready for submittal.
I am available to handle general status and procedural questions. Specific technical
questions pertaining to the plan review outcome(s) may be directed to the appropriate
plan reviewer(s).

Re: Building Addition at MAG - Plan Review Comments
OS-017-COM
We have reviewed the plan submission made by your office on March 14, 2006, for this project. Your office should also review
the attached redlined prints as they support the following written comments:
General Comments
• The water service for these buildings will need to be review by the City of Columbus Water Department. Incorporate
any comments from them into the plans - if this is modified.
• The Site Improvement Plans will be required to be submitted on 24 by 36-inch 4-mil mylars and in electronic format
compatible with AutoCAD once final approval is given.
Staking Plan (Page 4 of 9)
• Label and dimension handicap parking spaces (must meet all applicable requirements of ADAAG, OBBC and local
building codes)
• The stamp and signature of the design professional that prepared this drawing will be needed on the final Mylar.
Stormwater Management Plan
You will need to use the current regulations for the current addition. This can be added to the existing and the existing release
rate can be used for the rest of the site, but the additional impervious space will need to meet the current requirements. I would
be happy to sit down and discuss this with you
If you have any questions regarding these comments, please contact us.

Stormwater Management Plan
You will need to use the current regulations for the current addition. This can be added to the existing and the existing release
can be used for the rest of the site, but the additional impervious space will need to meet the currene requirements. If the
disturbed area is less than one acre, you can use last months stormwater regulations. I would be happy to sit down and discuss
this with you
