Mr. Tyler,
I am Director of Construction with Epcon Communities and am in receipt of a letter from
your office stating that 3 of our 4-family buildings in the Villas of Gienealy have had
their pemut extensions expire. The letter also stated that we could request, in writing, a
refund of our pernut and inspection fees. I am not disputing the expirafion of the pernuts
as the mazket has not allowed us to proceed at a pace that was consistent with the
beginning of the project.
