We are able to recommend approval of the plans as submitted. We note the following concerning the area Retail Center and the Future Phase H Retail: Item 1. It will be important to maintain proper access for the department's Fire Apparatus. And we will trust that the natural operation of the area will be able to maintain the required Apparatus Access. If during the Department's regular inspections of the property, we find that the proper access is not being maintained, we will work with the buildings' owners to find a remedy to insure public safety.
