Although portions of the site are currently higher than what our original staking indicated, significant fail exists from the front to the back of the lot allowing for sufficient drainage to the stream at the rear of the lot. All around the perimeter of the house there is at least six inches of fall over the first 10 feet, as per building code. We recommend that no additional cut be required on this lot, as it meets the general intent of the master grading plan. With adequate fall for proper front-to-rear drainage on all adjacent lots as i well, we do not foresee any issues with tying in the grading between lots.
