The following items are required for code compliance, but are not necessarily covered in detail in the construction documents. This list is a reminder to the design professional and contractors of issues, which are to be satisfactorily dealt with in the field: Item A OBC 106.3.1 Approval of construction documents. When the construction documents have been determined to conform to the applicable provisions of the rules of the Board in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 105.3.1, the building official shall endorse or stamp such plans as approved. One set of construction documents shall be kept by the building official.
