If substantive changes to the building are contemplated after first document submission, or during construction, those changes must be submitted to the building official for review and approval prior to those changes being executed. Construction or work for which an approval is required shall be subject to inspection by the building official and such construction or work shall remain accessible and exposed for inspection purposes until approved.
