APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE PERSONNEL BOARD OF REVIEW OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN OHIO
WHEREAS, a resignation has caused a vacancy on the Personnel Board of
Review for a term ending May 31, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed applicants and has selected a candidate for
appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, | g_ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Mark Stemm is appointed to fulfill an unexpired term on the Personnel
Board of Review, such term expiring on March 31, 2025.
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or
until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
