APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BRIDGE PARK NEW
COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Bridge Park New Community Authority;
WHEREAS, the Local Government Representative appointment is vacant due to a term
expiration;
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process to fill this vacancy and has
made a determination regarding this appointment;
WHEREAS, Council wishes to appoint an Economic Development Administrator as the
Local Government Representative on the Bridge Park New Community Authority; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, | of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Economic Development Administrator, Jenna Goehring, is hereby
appointed to a two-year term as the Local Government Representative on the Bridge
Park New Community Authority effective immediately and expiring May 31, 2025.
Section 2. City Council shall determine the Economic Development Administrator that
will serve in the event of a vacancy for any reason.
Section 3. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.

Re: Appointment of the Local Government Representative to the Bridge Park New
Community Authority
Background
A vacancy was created on the Bridge Park New Community Authority (NCA) earlier this year as Mr.
A.C. Strip term was complete. Mr. Strip served as the local government representative on the
Bridge Park NCA.
Council has evaluated how this vacancy should be filled and has determined a City of Dublin staff
member, specifically an Economic Development Administrator, should fill the role of local
government representative.
Recommendation
Approval of Resolution 58-23 would appoint Ms. Jenna Goehring, Economic Development
Administrator, to a two-year term effective immediately and expiring May 31, 2025.
