A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN AND THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE BRIDGE PARK NEW
COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, a resignation has caused a vacancy on the Board of Zoning Appeals
(BZA) for a term ending May 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in addition to the BZA vacancy, Council has completed their assessment
of the available positions on City boards and commissions for terms beginning April 1,
2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, _“/__ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Rebecca Call is hereby reappointed to a four-year term on the Planning
and Zoning Commission, such term expiring on May 31, 2027.
Section 2. Martha Cooper is hereby reappointed to a three-year term on the
Architectural Review Board, such term expiring on May 31, 2026.
Section 3. Joel Kretz is hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals to fill an
unexpired term ending May 31, 2024; and Dan Garvin is hereby reappointed to a
three-year term on the Board of Zoning Appeals expiring on May 31, 2026.
Section 4. Jessica Tobias is hereby appointed to the Community Services
Advisory Commission to a three-year term ending May 31, 2026; Hong Qiu and
Vicki von Sadovsky are hereby reappointed to three-year terms on the Community
Services Advisory Commission, such terms expiring on May 31, 2026.
Section 5. David Walsh is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Records
Commission, such term expiring on May 31, 2026.
Section 6. Lauren Hunter is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the
Personnel Board of Review, such term expiring May 31, 2026.
Section 7. Sheri Tackett is hereby reappointed to a two-year term as a citizen
representative on the Bridge Park New Community Authority, such term
expiring May 31, 2025.
Section 8. Katawi Cato is hereby appointed to a two-year term on the Community
Inclusion Advisory Committee, such term expiring May 31, 2025; and Isao Shoji,
Peggy Kilty, Niki Lombardo, Max Xu, and Michael Haynes are hereby reappointed to
two-year terms on the Community Inclusion Advisory Committee, such terms
expiring May 31, 2025.
Section 9. Stephen Dickman is hereby appointed to a two-year term on the
Veterans Advisory Committee, such term expiring May 31, 2025; and Tim
Hansley and Roger Ansel are hereby reappointed to two-year terms on the Veterans
Advisory Committee, such terms expiring May 31, 2025.
Section 10. Kimberly Hollie and Alex O’Ryan are hereby appointed to two-year terms
on the Chief’s Advisory Committee, such terms expiring May 31, 2025; and Susan
Ortega is hereby reappointed to a two-year term on the Chief’s Advisory
Committee, such term expiring May 31, 2025.

Section 11. Each of the above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
section 12. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed
shall receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members
appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 13. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
