A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

WHEREAS, a resignation has caused a vacancy on the Board of Zoning
Appeals (BZA) for a term ending March 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Council has conducted interviews and selected a candidate for
appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Dan Garvin is hereby appointed to fill an unexpired term on the
Board of Zoning Appeals, such term expiring on March 31, 2023.
Section 2. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
Section 3. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed
or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
